Yes. I read multiple stories of chaos, lost registration forms, long lines, extremely long waits for no discernible reason etc. I think the caucus states are particularly vulnerable to these shenanigans.

I saw your question so I googled it. I maybe right.

"Consequently, party leaders (again, that's code for Hillary supporters) have seemingly hosted fewer voter registration drives. Doing so, would, in essence, be drives for Bernie Sanders. In some cases, party leaders are just skipping them altogether in many states and at college campuses."

More turnout favors Sanders and democrats, less turnout favors Clinton and republicans.

There was articles in NV that showed that people caucused without registering.

Good catch here, Loudestlib... thanks for pointing this out.

It's not a bad idea to have spare voter registration cards if you are out and about doing volunteer work. If you do, you can pull one out and help someone sign up and then turn it in for them.

but I know without a doubt that there are efforts to suppress Bernie votes here. Unfortunately, I don't have time to elaborate now, but I will explain tomorrow.

16. Caucus locations are being moved

I know of several areas where caucus locations are being moved from cities/towns with colleges to rural areas. I visited with a volunteer the other day at the Bernie rally in KC who said her location in Lawrence, home of KU, was being moved to a small town outside of Lawrence. She was very concerned because notice of the change wasn't getting out to the general public, and it was only because she's volunteering that she was informed. Furthermore, the new venue is about twenty miles away.

Also, a caucus that was supposed to take place in Ottawa, KS, home of Ottawa University and Neosho County Community College, was moved to a small rural town with a population of 1,000 which is seventy-five miles away. It will be very difficult, if not impossible for many to make the trip.

This is significant. These sites were set, then changed. Bernie does better with young voters, Hillary does better with rural voters. The sites were changed, I think, to help Hillary.

My husband contacted someone at the Bernie organization and they are aware of what happened, very concerned, but could not do anything about it.

It's interesting to note too, there was an article about the last KU home basketball game being scheduled for March 5, at the same time the caucuses are to be held. Apparently there is a petition to change the time of the game, but it's unlikely that would happen.

responsible for setting up caucus locations through out the state. One did not know that the other was doing it and things were a mess but that was weeks ago and should have been settled out by now. That should never have happened. I just got back from the Kansas Progressive Caucus voting meeting. I was around quite a few people heavily involved, one who lives with us for a few months every year and have heard nothing since the mess that I mentioned above. The Senator that was there would have said something I am pretty sure but then I was out of there fairly quickly since I have work to do. Came in to check this. I am not saying you are not correct here, just wondering if that is the situation that had occurred before? Yes, the KU game is set for 3 and we start to caucus at 3. One would think the caucus would be more important but this state is nuts about their teams. I don't get it but.....

Running out of forms, undermanned precincts (both machines and personnel), long lines, etc. Anything that makes it take longer to vote is likely to decrease turnout.
