Most of the time.
Arm-twisting worked for much of congress, and it worked on Joe Biden to some degree. Elizabeth Warren not running is partly due to Clinton steam-rolling and arm-twisting, but the good news is Joe and Liz are not completely silenced.
To be frank, none of the high-profile endorsement matters at this point, unless it's from Elizabeth Warren herself.

Hillary and her minions are throwing everything at Bernie.

Who announces whom they are going to endorse the day before they actually do the endorsing? I smell a rat.

Trying to influence the Nevada caucus from SC, before it's too late in the news cycle (and no one paying attention on a Friday). Hillary doesn't need another SC endorsement as she's leading there pretty comfortably.

How could anyone not see that the establishment Dems/DNC are coordinating all this weaksauce garbage? It's so transparent.

I hear now that Harry Reid tried to twist the NV Culinary Union into endorsing Hillary, but the actual rank-and-file members were having none of it. The way I see it, the harder they push, the harder they're going to fall.

Thankfully, Bernie's made of Teflon.
