I actually came back from the interview an hour ago... My feelings are mixed and my stomach is tied.

I kicked myself after every interview, but sometimes it's actually gone much better than we recall.

7. Exactly. Muscle memory stays for a long, long time.

His body shows many outward signs of age, but I can see the former runner in his movements. He's very comfortable on his legs, a natural sense of ease as he hurries here and there, climbs steps, etc. Even shooting baskets, you could see a natural grace only slightly harnessed by stiffness.

It looks so good on an older man -- in my old lady opinion.
