Unlike any other candidate, Sanders acknowledges the unparalleled influence banks and large corporations have on politics and on people’s lives –our lives. In Sanders’ narrative, these entities have become so large, so influential, so corrupt, so dangerous that they are akin to the Galactic Empire and not one but several Death Stars.
