17. You can't let it get to you

Just think-even with the lion's share if the exposure going to HRH, he's gained incredible ground. I found the best antidote for what you're upset about was volunteering for the campaign-I'm always surrounded by like-minded people and more often than not, changing minds about his chances of winning.

The other thing I would recommend is binge watching Monty Python episodes on YouTube. It's almost as surreal as the Republican contest, but you get Terry Gilliam's animations in the bargain.

19. That's not what we need.

We still need to be united as democrats regardless if our chosen candidate gets the nod or not. We can't start dividing ourselves like this otherwise the nomination-losing camp will stay home on Nov 4th. That's not what we need. We need to make sure people go and vote, not just for Pres, but for congress, state legislatures, and local issues. Those are just as important as President.

Remember, keep your chin up and remember there are more races than just President that matter! Don't let the muckrakers keep you from voting!
