I had a bunch of friends there yesterday and I’m SO sorry I didn’t go. Hopefully we can reignite Occupy and do these marches often especially toward the NY primary.

Thanks for sharing!!!

I would have liked to have attended but didn't know about the event.
Any ideas on how I can stay informed on Bernie events in NYC? I don't do Facebook.

Did you hang around at Zuccotti for any amount of time? I only got to stay for a short bit as my wife and son were tired and cold. It was very energizing! I used to spend lunch hours and some afterwork time there back when OWS was camped out. Was awesome to see that energy again.

1999 Seattle WTO protests

It's been bubbling for quite a while. OWS blew the lid off. Let's hope we can take advantage of it and get a people's president!

started the march on time, or even (according to my watch) a couple of minutes early. In my experience with marches for whatever cause, that's "historic" all by itself.

Not that they've had much credibility since the run up to the Iraq War but this is crazy. Am I just missing the reports on Bernies marches and events?

To all that posted pics...and how nice it it to put a human face to a faceless user name! Very nice!

Here's hoping that this is indeed a nationwide movement and that people will vote, vote, vote.

Voting in mass, for candidates that are focused on 99% of Americans...is the only way we can begin to make real changes.
