Fast track authority + Bernie Sanders, what will it mean?

So, I'm thinking...
Bernie Sanders has already been given fast-track privileges and advantages to getting all kinds of economic & trade authority agreements past the Congress. Expiry is: 6 years; 6 years of no-amendment, simple-majority, straight up/down votes on...

Does it strictly deal with commitments outside of the USA?
Is there language about undoing older trade treaties?

trade, on a simple majority vote. The Republicans would try to oppose it, but they would get politically slaughtered by their own non-donor/voter base for it. I live for that fight.

use fast-track to, say, re-organize the FED by way of the overly broad fast-track provisions?

But, regardless of the specifics, fast track would give Bernie the potential ability to completely change our trade system for the better. I expect that he could, definitely get a coalition of progressive Democrats and a small number of "true" conservative Republicans on board for *something*.

And, if those Republicans don't play ball, then we can slaughter them at the polls in the next cycle and play ball with new candidates.

These are tactics that a President Hillary would *never* commit to.
