Then, when my husband and I were delegates to the county convention a few months later, we could again bring the kids because they provided free babysitting there! Democrats tend to care about families and understand that kids need to be accommodated.

In my entire lifetime, I have seen nothing like this. Now, this is what Hope and Change really looks like. The youth of this country can and will take back this Nation. Makes me so proud and also makes me sad that my generation, for whatever reason, could not do the same. I still have my one vote and it goes to Bernie. As does those of my children and their spouses who also support him.

as I recall. We had great marches and crowds but it was more protest.

This is an affirmative demonstration. People are responding to the hope that Bernie is offering.

We are sick of the gridlock in Washington, D.C. and our state governments because the gridlock doesn't stop favors done for the powerful and rich. It just stops the progress that the rest of us need.

I realize not everyone going to see Bernie will vote for him - or vote at all - but the sheer numbers of people waiting in the cold and muck to see him has to account for something.

Yes, I realize the three points is within the margin of error, but my brain simply can't conceive how Clinton has that many votes when no one is showing up to see her and when the only way she can garner any enthusiasm is to bring Bill along.

Had to go out to dinner with my family this evening and as usual I talk my talk about politics and Bernie. To my surprise I've begun to see a shift from what they ALL told me not so long ago that YES, he's what we need, but "He Can't Win!" I kept telling them that I believed he could. I also told them that even if HE didn't win, that the winds of change are blowing!

It's my Grandson's birthday tomorrow and we'll all be together again, but even more people will be there. I can't wait to take my PC over there and SHOW them what's happening!

I'm constantly attacked for pushing and prodding everyone to get involved, make sure they vote and any times I frustrate them with what's in my head. BUT, they also frustrate me because I keep telling them that UNLESS they get off their butts and try to make a difference NOTHING will change.

I'm so happy to come home to see all these positive posts! I live in FL and it's REALLY THE PITS, but I'm seeing movement even here in my very Red County! Groups are being formed for Bernie for rallies, phone banking, registrations of voters and more activity than I've seen in years! This is one of the 3 highest per capita income counties in this state. Katherine Harris was elected as my Representative for 2 terms, so this is a BIG DEAL!

I always have to add, that my family isn't part of the wealthy people who live here, just plain folks trying to get by. I see things happening, don't know how it will turn out... BUT IT IS CHANGE that I'm seeing!

Something I already knew, but it really lays it out there, how stark and overwhelming right wing talk is in regards to radio.

Between hate radio and Fox News on TV, they literally blanket the airwaves with misinformation. Many of the hosts on radio also either are regulars on Fox News or they reference others on Fox News on their radio shows, so there is a conflation of bullshit. Most of America is drowning in it.

The scrapping of the "Fairness Doctrine" was the single biggest spike into the heart of open democracy all in the name of "freedom of expression". What that meant was freedom of expression for a few billionaires who monopolize the ownership of radio. And it meant censorship of expression in actuality. But I know I am preaching to the choir.

with all the talk about money in politics the analysts are missing something- if an hour long radio informercial cost $1000, then at an average of 15 hours a day rw talkers, those 1200 radio stations are worth over 4$BIL/year pro republican propaganda that if free for them.

and that's been going on for 25 years
