Get the app for your phone called "Radio Garden" (it's out of the Netherlands).

Then online search for local affiliates of any 'network' (works with MLB and Big10 too)
Once you know the call letters of some local affiliates (have a list)
Search for them on Radio Garden. Then listen there.
