Saw Rosewater last night

Jon Stewart's first movie was directed like a pro. The screenplay was superb, the acting was Oscar quality. I recommend everyone see this movie.
My husband and I saw a sneak preview last night with a live interview afterwards with Jon interviewed by Stephen Colbert and then the guy the movie is about was interviewed as well.
The movie was powerful and movie. After about 20 minutes, my husband, who had to be dragged to the movie because he assumed Stewart's directorial debut would be sophomoric, leaned over to me and said "Jon directs like a pro. This is fantastic."
The interview afterwards was also wonderful. Jon talked about the difference between writing for his TV show and writing for the movie.

Thanks for your positive comments about Jon's movie. Had a feeling it would be more than great--appreciate the confirmation! Can hardly wait to see it. Hope the interview w/Stephen is posted. Would love to watch it.
Wouldn't it be awesome if Jon won an Oscar for director?
