approach to health care in this country: doctors shouldn't provide information or advice about sexual orientation, abortion, or guns because the USA is a "Christian" nation and God knows best about these things. God and guns = good; Gays = bad.

Bible = fact (neo-Conservative). Science = fiction (Liberal).
