what has been widely called a coup. They orchestrated a vote that ousted the old school board of directors and installed officers picked by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (the NSSF, remember them as they are the replacement for the NRA). What had been an organization that promoted safety, sports, marksmanship and GUN CONTROL became a marketing division of the gun industry. They went from safety to fear mongering, from hunting rifles to 'self defense' handguns.

Today red flag laws are really confiscation laws, safe storage is defense denial and there is zero tolerance for ANY legislation that effects guns and the unregulated accessibility to them.
