There is broad Democratic support for the repeal of the obscene NRA-sponsored PLCAA which immunizes death merchants from litigation. The Second Amendment does NOT apply to "making arms" in any form or fashion. The NRA/ILA/GOA followers who are fainting from the vapors about their "rights" to protect manufacturers of deadly military-style weapons need to realize that the rest of us (the majority of Americans) have a right to our day in court for negligence, false advertising, predatory marketing, and all other forms of gun industry abuse.
Support the repeal of the PLCAA and a return to sensible gun control laws and regulations.
