The name happened because I'm a NASCAR fan. I'm a Pocono Mountain PA redneck hillbilly granny and proud of it. I love NFL football and am a Steelers fan. Penn State is my favorite college team. The NY Yankees games are a must watch in my house.
I have one husband, two grown kids, two grown granddaughters, four great-grandkids and three grand-kittehs. I love to cook and grow fresh veggies and herbs in my garden. When I have time I like to paint with acrylics.

I'm in Houston, TX now, but I grew up in a small town (under 400) in a rural area of Wisconsin. No mountains, but lots of gardens, animals, folks who loved crafts, and yes Nascar 
My uncle has a collection in his basement of all sorts of race memorabilia.

I don't know why but I chuckled when I read "redneck hillbilly granny". I've never seen those three words used together and the image it conjured up was hillarious

I'm a coal miner's granddaughter, daughter and wife and I live in the hills of the Appalchian Mountain range. Yup. I would be a hillbilly.
