The text and display suddenly got bigger

I hope this is the right place to put this...

I clicked on something and increased the size of the text and displays here. It isn't my computer, because nothing else was affected. Can someone tell me how to change it back?

I wanted it smaller, so I hit Control -. I must have hit Control+ by mistake the other day.
