Basically, you take a look at the post, get a first impression, looking at context in the thread if you need to, then make a choice to leave or hide it.

After you make that choice, you see the alerter's comments, then make a final decision. You can then change your mind, if you want. Just below that, there's space for your comments which is optional.

Then you click on the button just below that and you're done. You have 30 minutes to do that...
