Trouble trying to reset my password

I'm in my account info, clicked on 'edit', changed my password and click on 'update my account information', and I get a message saying:

'The email address you entered is already in our database.'
*please re-enter

It's the same email I've always used, so I don't understand the problem. I re-entered it several times. I even re-changed my password again, just in case it was the problem for some reason.

1. If you have at&T

the same crazy thing started on me about 3 months ago.

Goes away and comes back- just Pops Up every 2/3 minutes sometimes.

I called them out and they could not find the problem.


First I try to take the plug out of the back of the Mionitor for about 2 minutes- sometimes that works

My computer Tech came out and there were no viruses --- just pop ups

They wanted me to pay an outside Rep hired by them for $60 - I said Never mind


Now when it happens I do what the tech said -- shut it down completely for about 1/2 hous or lessr -- if you find out the answer let me know - thanks
