and/or you're not sure how to vote, you always have the option to simply cancel out -- there's no penalty for doing so; another member will be invited to fill the empty position on the Jury.

I do that when things aren't clear, or I'd have to watch ten minutes of video to decide. Sometimes it can make a difference who is saying what, and to whom.
