I'd like to be deleted please.

I made a brief sarcastic comment to (crudely) illustrate Republican insanity and now it seems DU members are calling for my head. Beam me up, please.

I was a happy contributing member of DU for seven years, but quit posting three years ago because of some of the people who had begun to have influence with the administrators. Haven't yet decided if I want to come back. I was reprimanded and posts deleted but others who were more verbally abusive IN THE SAME Thread were not disciplined at all. I will probably lurk for a while before I decide whether to become a supporting member again.
