I didn't see a "suggestion box," so.....

I like serving on juries, and I think it's a great idear. However, the notifications post at the top of the page, and if I'm at the bottom of the page, I don't see the notice. Do you think it would be worthwhile to make the notifications show up, say, in the middle of the screen? That way you see it in time. Just a thought.
