That reminds me of something my brother-n-law did years ago. He thought he would venture into making some blackberry wine. I really think he should have read up more on it, because the wine exploded and went all over the ceiling, walls, floor, and bar area. It was a disaster He never lived that one down.

What kind of wine do you make? I'm not a big wine drinker but I do enjoy a semi-sweet on occasion.

Dark chocolate is my favorite. I'd like it even if it wasn't good for me. Hershey's Special Dark and Dove dark.

How did you find DU?
