4. It's so nice to see more and more people speaking up and saying that this stuff should be called out

as opposed to just ignoring it. Clearly ignoring it isn't doing any good. That used to be the most common suggestion to generic schoolyard bullying in the past, even here.

A lot has changed. It's good to see.
