Alice Louise Waters is a well-known American chef, author, restaurateur, and activist. She is the owner of Chez Paisse, in Berkley, California. The restaurant is known for its locally-grown and organic ingredients. Waters opened the restaurant in 1971 and its has consistently ranked among the world’s best restaurants.

The plot is usually better than those found in best sellers.

This is the time of year I can't wait until the weather turns and I can go back to soups.

my favourites.

but I know what you mean--we had a slightly cooler, cloudy and rainy day on wednesday, and I made chicken noodle soup from scratch (and it isn't bad cold, either)
