My point is, I know the Hoest's, and the majority of Bill's work was always very family-friendly. He wasn't an evil rapist, he was a cartoonist trying to make a living by working for different markets.

If you want to explore the issue more deeply, look at it this way; unlike today, when college kids have group gropes in their dorms and post them online, a three-way was still pretty exotic back when this ancient cartoon came out. Do you believe Ad Med still represents the current culture? And why do you single out the tamest of all "men's" magazine for your rape diatribe? How about the hotel chains and the cable companies? Say you have a pizza, and 14 out of 16 slices are covered in broken glass and dog shit, but two slices are cheesy and perfectly delicious. If I'm reviewing it, should I have to make some statement about how great those pieces fit for human consumption were? Should I support Pope Benedicto's Dog Shit N Broken Glass Pizza Parlour because they manage to make two edible slices of pizza per pie? It not only distorts the reality of the situation, but also seriously diminishes the pain and suffering of the vast majority of human beings who've actually been through it (eaten pizza/been involved in the pornography industry.)

87. Erotic Zoos Prompt Germany To Reinstate Bestiality Laws

The Daily Telegraph reports that bestiality laws have been off the books in Germany since 1969, but Agriculture Minister Ilse Aigner has agreed to support a law that would make it illegal for people to "use (animals) for their own sexual activities or sexual acts of third parties." The proposed law would also ban the "pimping" of animals to others.

The Daily Mail ties this decision to address bestiality to the recent rise of erotic zoos, where "people can visit to abuse animals ranging from llamas to goats," the paper reports.

The proposed legislation has ruffled the feathers of zoophilia advocates such as Michael Kiok, who told the German newspaper die Tageszeitung that "mere morals have no place in law."

The group Veterinarians Against Zoophilia told Europe Online Magazine that thousands of Germans exchange information online about sex with animals and that some farms rent out animals for sexual exploitation.

The new law would ban these so-called "animal brothels" and also make it illegal to train animals for sex with humans.

I choose to hit back by deliberately reinterpreting what the author meant. I presume that the author and most of the intended audience would be aghast at my interpretation as a homo-erotic cartoon. Turning their celebration of rape into something that makes them uncomfortable.
