A fine activity in which I have participated many times at concerts, plays, and running events - as the last one out of the men's and there is no line, offer the facility to the group of the waiting women. Stand at the door and as long as no male users arrive, it's open. When a guy or two shows up, have them wait for the last lady to exit.

Certainly there is at least one courteous male in each of the Senate and House...no?

Speaks volumes if you ask me.

Hopefully, there will be a day where there have to be as many stalls as urinals in the Senate. LOL
