Woman Impregnated By Father Outraged By 1 Year Prison Sentence

Tiara Stevens (pictured left) , 27, who was repeatedly sexually abused by her father and who gave birth to her blind, albino, son and brother 14 years ago (pictured), has waited all these years for justice to be served for the crimes committed against her. Now the young woman has reportedly been let down. Steven’s father, Fred Montgomery (pictured), 47, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct with a minor and was sentenced to 15 years BUT only received one year, reports the Daily Mail.

A DNA test twelve years ago confirmed that Montgomery was in fact the father of his own grandchild. Montgomery was indicted at the time but bonded out of jail. Both daughter and Father lived civilly in the same town throughout the years, until Stevens kept pushing authorities to prosecute her father for the abuse.

After the sentencing, Stevens, who admits she sometimes confuses the fact that her child is also her brother says, she is shocked by the lenient punishment. The young Mom told WIS News 10, “It was a slap in the face. To wait 14 years and all a person gets is one year? A pat on the back, telling them it’s okay to molest your daughter, impregnate her, and for her to have a child, a blind child? It’s OK?”

Former Wisconsin school custodian sentenced for incest

A former Spring Valley, Wis., elementary school custodian convicted of incest with a child was sentenced this week to eight years in prison.

In addition to the prison time, John A. Landgraf, 64, of rural Spring Valley, was sentenced Tuesday in Pierce County Circuit Court to eight years of extended supervision. He must also undergo sex offender treatment.

Landgraf pleaded guilty in October to one count of incest with a child.

In August, Landgraf approached police to tell them he had sexually abused a female relative for several years starting when she was in the fifth or sixth grade.

At that time, Graham was arrested and charged with six sexual assault charges relating to the same family victim, including rape and sodomy.

He has now been sentenced to a 10-year split sentence and under the State Sentencing Act, he must serve three years in prison.

"The youngest that we've seen is 2.5 years old," explains Jannah Bailey, who works with Child Protect Advocacy Center in Montgomery. The center is a link between law enforcement and Department of Human Resources investigators.

"Of the 600 cases that we interview, 98% of what we see are sex abuse cases," Bailey said.

There have been some more just sentences, but it seems like most of the time this is not the case.

And this is just the very few cases that make it to court.

I wonder how common it really is.

1. i think, that a lot of men are convinced, in the back of their mind, that this is dna of a man, who

they are, evolution, a struggle, hence an understanding of a supposed weakness.

even though most all men will be repulsed, i think way back in their mind they buy into the evo psych biology and there is the excuse. their is a unconscious empathy for the perpetrator.

i do not think much of this is done consciously.

but... it is one of the reasons i fight the conditioning of belief in evo psych. it is wrong. it is harmful. to all of us.

We have laws for a reason. These folks need to be permanently separated from society.

i am not talking you. and i am not talking many. i am not talking all. and i am not talking consciously.

BUT... if you listen to certain men discuss evo psych then you will hear it. that is what i am talking about. i do not know a single man that has that even unconsciously in their psychic. but then, i do not have a single man in my life that buys into the evo psychology either.

the last five years i have listened to a lot of men talk about evo psychology and i am hearing a breakdown in sex with our young, children, rape. the social line is getting fuzzy with it. the belief that they are that animal self of the beginning of time and is nature and natural but something they are suppose to self contain, in this society.

i am not talking about the majority of these people doing ANYTHING or even thinking it is ok. i am talking about their minds being conditioned in a manner that they are starting to get a fuzzy, instead of clear line, and are being conditioned.

6. Prison are full of these

'Special offenders' they have to be separated from the general prison population. Some of them are mentally ill or suicidal or just crazy manipulative. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if since we stuff the prisons full of pot and drug dealers, we let these guys out as a 'lesser danger'
