I am not sure how a 2% drop in a forecast is too problematic? Aren't forecasts no more than educated guesses and nowcasts current measurable trends?

America is supposedly the leader of the world and the most advanced country in the world and yet in every election now we have to worry about our democracy being stolen through election fraud by Republicans.
And America thinks IT has the credibility to monitor elections in 3rd World countries?
