They don't even say after voting, "You're a member and so your vote counted," or "You're not a member and so your vote wasn't counted."

stated quite clearly that only the votes of members would be counted, and that by receiving that e-mail I was considered to be a member. Then after voting, I received a follow-up e-mail confirming that I had voted for Sanders.
