I have been wondering if the reason that Gore did not challenge the 2000 election results was because of coming third way privatizations could not be blamed on him like Jimmy Carter was set up. The privatization of Iraqi Oil had been in the works for years just like JEB elated to in a recent speech about the ME modernization beginning in 1915 (Keep in mind the Modernization Acts of Senate R-Phil Gramm in the mid-1990s). I believe that Gore wanted to move to wind and solar power instead.
