There is another possibility here. It's a little coincidental that the breach began at 10:40 and the Sanders campaign accessed the data right at 10:40. Could they have known that there would have been an exposure at that time? Is someone at NGP VAN in on it? People have been talking about getting the cops involved which I don't think is a good idea. But can it be ruled out that this was an inside job by someone at NGP VAN and someone at Sanders campaign?
