pushed him over the edge.

In fact, the character on Newsroom Will . . . whatever, seems somewhat based on Steve.

He has the delusion that sanity will prevail and there will be a purge of the nutters, bringing the republican party back to respectability.

him and think he's a straight shooter. I also like Michael Steele much more on MSNBC more than before. I actually think Steele and Schmidt will vote for Obama.

I never liked Steele as our Lt. Gov. (MD) and RNC chair. But my reaction has softened somewhat watching him on MSNBC. I'm interested in what he has to say. Schmidt is one of the few Republicans I'll listen to, often not agreeing but appreciating his comments.

Like Clinton, I don't have a visceral hatred for Republicans. Well, most of them. Reasonable Republicans and Democrats are willing to compromise for the greater good, and I respect that. What horrifies me are the extremists that have hijacked the Republican party. They must go before they destroy the country.

That is EXACTLY what I've been thinking.

I am SO over, those that are supposedly on "our" side, sitting on these panels on MSNBC and W-H-I-N-I-N-g!

They seem to be picking apart people from last night and tonight...I've fucking had it.

I'm only watching C-SPAN.

p.s....and that Cycle show, makes me just nuts. Can the Dem side put a knife in the Dems back anymore? Over it!

and part of me thinks he did it to end Sarah Palin's political career.

i think he has some principle. i don't say this without justification. that Mark McKinnon sat out the election rather than having to attack Barack Obama and that both of these guys are mainly tied to the party through McCain makes me think that they are basically moderates.
