Your posts do not help. Keep your defeatist mentality to yourself. If you are worried get involved, stop crying. Notify the Obama campaign contribute financially, phone bank, knock on doors, do anything but worry.

(1,277 posts)I think more likely, many simply covet the struggle to the point it inhibits their ability to think rationally. The "Rasmussen is going to steal the election" discussion is an excellent example.

(1,828 posts)Last night, the feeling here was so positive. I woke up today and just found pessimistic thread after pessimistic thread (usually disguised with "concern." .
And of course, when you start paying attention, it's a lot of the usual names or low post counts.
Whatever. I look at is a good thing. It shows me that last night's convention was as awesome as I thought at the time. And tonight and tomorrow night will just build on that. Bring it on, I say!

(195 posts)But I don't think a negative post about Obama here is going to sway nonmembers into not voting for him. I also think we should be comfortable to say the things we don't like about our candidate.
