I saw about six or seven Bernie bumper stickers on cars this weekend. None for Hillary.

I know, I know, it's anecdotal, not scientific, unlike those landline polls Hillary supporters keep clinging to.

But you know what - I'm not seeing any real-life support out there for Hillary. And until I do, I firmly believe she's going to lose.

I'm not seeing any real-life support out there for Bernie. The conversations still go something like this...

What about Bernie Sanders?

Who? Oh, you mean the Socialist?

Well, Democratic-Socialist, but...

Monday Morning

But to the election. Who knows what to make of the weighting of the polls and the assumptions as to who will vote? Who knows the depth and breadth of each party’s turnout efforts? Among the wisest words spoken this cycle were by John Dickerson of CBS News and Slate, who said, in a conversation the night before the last presidential debate, that he thought maybe the American people were quietly cooking something up, something we don’t know about.

I think they are and I think it’s this: a Romney win.

...

There is no denying the Republicans have the passion now, the enthusiasm. The Democrats do not. Independents are breaking for Romney. And there’s the thing about the yard signs. In Florida a few weeks ago I saw Romney signs, not Obama ones. From Ohio I hear the same. From tony Northwest Washington, D.C., I hear the same.

...

I suspect both Romney and Obama have a sense of what’s coming, and it’s part of why Romney looks so peaceful and Obama so roiled.

Here's my challenge to you and your compadres...

If Hillary Clinton loses the presidency I will corner a coyote, kill it with my bare hands, put it on a grill, throw some Sriracha sauce on it, eat it, and put it all on youtube under the tagline " Man loses bet", as long as the person taking my challenge promises to do it when she wins.

It's so funny how wrong the cons were about the 2012 election.

In 2008 I think they knew the writing was on the wall, but so many of them were convinced Romney would win in 2012.

This time in 2007, I saw quite a few Obama and Hillary stickers.

Me and, at last polling 70% of South Carolina voters, will be voting for Clinton in the primary. I guess Sanders can only win 49 states.

Once there is a nominee, there will be one on each car. Until then, it's up to the primary voters to decide who the nominee will be. I trust the primary voters. I'll wait. I get one vote in my precinct caucus. So does everyone else who shows up. As a group, we'll decide who we want as the nominee. I'll support that nominee.

I swear I started seeing more and more Obama ones after he won his first election. I will let you draw your own conclusions as to the Paul stickers. I really don't think either he or Sanders stand a chance. But stickers seem to tell a different story about the two.

I can't afford a car so I am sure you, the Vermont independent senator , and his acolytes will raise the necessary money to buy me one. That would be the liberal and generous thing to do.

I am not choosy as long as it is reliable and leaves a small carbon footprint, lol.

I thought a liberal, progressive, and empathetic group like the acolytes of the Vermont independent would like to provide those of us who can't afford cars with one, am I right?
