Clinton did not mention Trump by name here in Reno, Nevada, but it is clear that his comments about Muslims and 9/11 were on HRC's mind.
Clinton says terrorists should not be "elevated like they are representing a religion because even if they claim to, they are not."
Clinton on ISIS and Republican rhetoric: "Don’t get diverted by fear tactics and scare mongering and inflammatory rhetoric..."
"I don’t think it is smart for us to act like we are waging war on every Muslim in the world," Clinton says in NV. "That is not smart."
Clinton on fighting ISIS: "We will not be putting American combat troops in Syria and Iraq to accomplish the mission."
