Hillary Clinton is tough as f--king nails and smart as H-- and she balances that toughness and intelligence with empathy and compassion. She is a mix of Joan Of Arc, Mother Teresa, and Golda Meir.

Browbeating the fuck out of people that you eventually will want as allies seems to be counterproductive.
But when you are in the position of power any variance looks like a nail to be pounded over and over and over.
I'm tried to be civil. I've called out folks on my 'side' for going over the top, but those with the power can't help but treat all who are 'others' as the enemy.

Well, at this point I welcome their hatred. Because hatred is all they have and all they will ever be.

that the non Bernie or bust voters are smart enough to distinguish the difference between needing that is not directed toward them. Unless they share some particular affinity with them, then it should not be so distressing. Who knew that the aggressive Bernie or bust people were so sensitive?

The latter is likely the only silver lining to all of this, and it is pretty much confined to our individual denunciations of them.

She supported the invasion of Iraq, she supported regime change in Libya, she supported Israel's disproportionate bombing in Gaza, she argued for an even bigger troop increase and expanded war in Afghanistan and Pakistan. You might argue that some of these were good uses of military force. I would argue that they were all unjustifiable.
