Is she still shielding them from the Al Qaeda threat?

Just, explain. Has she provided a force-field all this time that will protect Wall Street banks from plans that none of us are aware of fourteen years later?

I'm just curious. How is she still, to this day, protecting Wall Street from the spectre of Al Qaeda, which is clearly the biggest threat banks face today.
