Nuclear weapons policy contrast in the debate

Bernie Sanders said we should be spending less on nuclear weapons and more on preventing terrorism.

Hillary Clinton expressed reluctance to spend less on nuclear weapons, since Russia may build "drone submarine that could carry a tactical nuclear weapon."

It's unclear how such a weapon would change things. Submarines which carry nuclear missiles have existed for decades. An unmanned one would have the same capability.

I agree with Bernie Sanders that we should spend less on nuclear weapons.
