Martin O'Malley campaign spokeswomen Lis Smith, also criticized Clinton's comparison on Twitter.

"My dad worked in WTC from the day it was built to the day it went down," Smith wrote. "Hillary Clinton, never invoke 9/11 to justify your Wall St positions."
