No media have picked it up.

Also, why would it end Romney's campaign? The company didn't perform the abortions it just disposed of them. Which is why I think no media have picked it up. It's silly to think this would affect the race.

Are you seriously suggesting that profiting from aborted fetuses would not serious influence voters? I disagree.
The story has been kicking around for a while but if it gets proper attention and is proven true I dont see how it could not have an impact....I mean buying and selling aborted fetuses is like something out of a sci fi horror movie..giving them as donations for research is one thing but making a PROFIT OFF THEM?!!

although I have to admit the hard core right seem willing to ignore just about anything that doesnt fit into their world view

you ought to know by now that the date thing doesn't work-- we try to hang him on something and he simply wiggles out talking about the dates. Then we come up with some slightly complicates reasoning why the dates are really something else and everyone falls asleep. Besides, it was a tiny part of a small subsidiary he hardly knew about.

But, constantly shouting from the rooftops that "Romney throws dead babies in dumpsters" might work. They would do that to Obama. They are doing that to Obama, but not so much with aborted fetuses. Yet.

It's really that simple. He was in charge (just like he wants to be president), and this was going on with his knowledge and permission. Unless he wants to tell us he was such an incompetent leader that he didn't know and didn't know he'd given permission...

OUR interest, but anyone whose mind might be changed?

The left feigns aghastitude hoping the right will be also aghast.

The wild-eyed right isn't as aghast as hoped and certainly going to suddenly vote for Obama because of some feti in garbage can.

The "undecided" in the middle just doesn't seem to care.

Republican does something that would END a Democrat's career....the Republicans just ignore it or make up some illogical explanation on why it's ok. They only care about deficits and morality when it applies to liberals. Here is a list of excuses I just made up right now, any of which will be used by Republican voters to make this a non-story in their minds.

1. Romney wasnt head of Bain Capital at the time.
2. It was some subsidiary group and he was in charge of the day-to-day stuff, the pres of a company cant be responsible for what on employee does
3. His subordinates did not tell him about it.
4. The medical company started doing this after Romeny invested.
5. The company didnt inform Romney
6. This is a lie by Obama and the Lame-stream liberal media
7. They will turn it around and say "Oh, so you liberals should love that then.'

There are 7 excuses I made up in three minutes. All fox news and hate radio has to do is say them enough and it will be gospel truth. I even heard Hannity blame Larry Craigs ordeal on liberals. Anything is possible when you are dealing with those who shun critical thinking.

'suddenly' become big news 'overnight'. When something gets talked about by enough people, it eventually floats to the top and gets noticed. So I just posted this article on Facebook where hopefully it will get shared by a few of my friends. If a hundred DUers share this story and they all only have 100 friends each, that means that 10,000 people see it today. If just a few of those people share it with their 100 friends, then it spreads more...and more....and more.

Some well-timed ads would make the evangelicals and Catholic conservatives and traditionalists think twice before backing Rmoney.

The ad ought to read something like this:

Mitt Romney is trying to sell you his pro-life views. He doesn't bother to mention that back when he was running Bain Capital, he invested in a company that was involved in disposal of dead unborn babies. Does that sound pro-life to you?
(I used the conservative wording as a means to try to reach conservatives).

who posted some clear lies about Obama. I showed him the snopes article that proves it was false. The article even had sources. He brushed it off and said snopes was a Soros/liberal funded site designed to spread Dem propaganda. Seriously??!?! The conspiracy theory never ends with them.

So somehow Snopes.com is part of a liberal conspiracy. It shows, with sources, if urban legends are true or false to fool people into thinking it is a credible site. Then, it anticipates future democratic talking points or republican tomfoolery and makes snopes pages for them to prove validity.....before the event even happens. The gullible then go to the website and believe the liberal version of the truth without realizing they've been duped by the liberal elite.

^^^This is completely factual in their eyes. However believing we invaded a country to capture their oil....well that's just downright silly.

Romney is hiding Bain abortion profits in his tax returns, says Tampa foe

August 22, 2012
MMD Newswire

TAMPA, FL (MMD Newswire) August 16, 2012 — Republican spokesmen for a rising "DUMP ROMNEY" rebellion today charged that Mitt Romney is "hiding Bain abortion profits in his tax returns" from investments that "would make Herod blush."

Steve Baldwin, former Republican Whip of the California State Assembly, said recent journalism about the actual date of Romney's departure from Bain Capital "has almost certainly revealed the real reason Romney refuses to release any more than two years of personal IRS data: Bain's craven investment in Stericycle corporation — a vendor to Planned Parenthood — lined Romney's pockets with profits from the incineration of aborted human fetuses. Mitt, it's time to disclose your tax returns and everything else about Stericycle."
