2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumI think that Romney is delusional. No one is going to believe that President Obama is ...
... divisive, angry, and hateful.
I think Romney is having a meltdown and his hissy-fit is going to back fire on him.
This is probably the first time that he (and his money) hasn't been able to BUY what he wants and it's driving him crazy!

(52,352 posts)there are a solid 30% or more in this country who soak this crap up and spew it right back out unfiltered.
they don't "believe" it in the sense of having seriously, objectively, critically considered the hypothesis and concluded it to be valid after researching and balancing all available data. because they're been programmed not to think that way. they've been programmed to accept and repeat such claims as party doctrine, and they much "believe" in such claims and defend them against criticism as a matter of party loyalty. they feel that to reject or even to doubt such claims would be un-american.
rmoney and his surrogates and the right-wing media will say it again and again and again. should obama ever get caught on camera saying ANYTHING that can be made to APPEAR angry, even if taken completely out of context, that tape would be blasted all over and obama would take a hefty hit in the poll.
fortunately, this tactic was basically tried 4 years ago and mr. cool passed the test with flying colors.

We're doing a lot better then Europe because we have avoided the sort of Austerity that Romney is suggesting. All the stats we ever need are on Obama side. All we need to do is report that and ask:
Where are your tax record Donald Trump, errr, Mitt Romney?
