Should we be redrawing those "Obama wins by a landslide" electoral maps after PA decision?

Question for those posting electoral maps: Should we be doing comparisons between states where Obama leads in the polls and those states that have really restrictive voter ID laws?

This isn't a personal attack, it's just a reminder that we face enormous odds in this campaign when you factor in Voter ID and other dirty tricks. It's not just the White House that's at stake, it's whatever remains of democracy in this country!

We need to get out and work to get as many of our voters out to the polls as possible!

Edited to add: Which swing states, states likely to be significant in the Electoral College, have Voter ID laws?

3. PA is only one state.

The original question remains: How will this affect the Electoral College maps?

Consider the possible impacts of both Voter ID laws and challenges to those laws. That gives us a large number of possible outcomes. We need to consider both 'best case' and 'worst case' scenarios.

The ultimate worst case scenario, of course, it Ryan/Romney winning! We're still trying to climb out of the hole Dubya dug; I doubt that the US would recover from another GOP administration in my lifetime!

They try to win it every election cycle, pump all their time and effort and campaign money into it--just to lose it.

Let them put forth all their effort in Pennsylvania. They will never win it.

They might be able to steal it tho--I get your point, OP.

They may yet do it, but as things stand now the state stays blue

9. No. The appeal to the SC is going to be (or has been) submitted today. They'll rule before Nov.

The judge fucked up. His ruling was 70 pages of gunk and he didn't address the primary issue - the law was passed for strictly political reasons, and Turzai admitted it in public. His remarks are in the official record.

10. If Democratic voters in PA are not allowed to vote then the GOP will win PA

The GOP is playing for keeps. If the Democratic Party does not wake up it will be all over for them. They best not stand around and expect the courts to save them. The Democratic Party needs to get organized right now!
