I recently moved and was able to change my address online easily and quiclky....OHIO

I have been able to confirm that I am registered to vote at my current address, and no longer registered in the state I used to live in.

I'm registered in PA, but I moved back home to NJ a year ago, do I just register to vote in NJ or do I have to do an address change?

...I believe most people who move just go ahead and register in their new location.

However, I'm sure the Board of Elections where you lived in PA would appreciate it if you notified them that you moved away, so they can update their voter roles.
