(5,252 posts)because Rs like her so much and will be willing to reach across the isle.
Something realistic like that will happen.

(47,803 posts)I replied that women are not a uniform homogeneous block, who will support her simply on the basis of gender.

(5,252 posts)but, for some reason, people vote against their best interests, including women. Which sucks because they are the largest voting bloc.

(25,699 posts)Obama and Sanders disagree, thus proving she's smarter than they are, combined!
'cause who can think of a better idea than taking unilateral nation to shoot down Russian pilots in order to protect Daesh, so they can fulfill their effort to overthrow the legitimate (if awful) government of a third nation?
GENIUS!

(27,787 posts)Obama has accomplished a great deal.
WhaTHellsgoingonhere
(5,252 posts)It's more likely people will say, "Obama has been blocked on everything!"
JoePhilly
(27,787 posts)... given people say that so frequently??
Armstead
(47,803 posts)Its a favorite refrain, and not just about Obama.
We can never do anything because of the All Powerful GOP Congress (even when it isn't a GOP Congress)
JoePhilly
(27,787 posts)... is going to accomplish more than Obama has? Multitudes of those you say?
Obama has accomplished a great deal ... and I don't think I've heard anyone claim that Hillary is going to accomplish more than he has.
I asked for one link to such a post ... surely you have one.
Armstead
(47,803 posts)"It's more likely people will say, "Obama has been blocked on everything!"
No mention of Hillary compared to Obama there.
JoePhilly
(27,787 posts)... used the "Obama has been blocked on everything" nonsense line to try and change the claim made by the OP.
YOU are responding based on what that fool posted ... I challenged that fool to back up the OP's claim.
Focus on the OP's claim ... that is what I am doing.
WhaTHellsgoingonhere
(5,252 posts)This was certainly the refrain from 2009-2012. Maybe you joined during his "I give zero shits" years.

(435 posts)she has more determination than either one perhaps both put together, plus more experience and knowledge. Obama has been good, but it took him a long time to warm up. Bernie would be a disaster even in the very long shot that he could win. He knows nothing about foreign policy and none of the players. He is such a one trick pony.

(5,792 posts)foreign policy before. Just curious.

(14,755 posts)I've seen plenty of really good arguments on why she will do much worse than a Bernie in the GE.

(8,217 posts)In so doing, she will be able to have a more unified cabinet that would allow her to accomplish certain tasks without as much obstruction.
Granted, that is not a guarantee.
Granted, I don't agree with all she stands for.
Granted, I rather have someone else, but I can live with her winning.
However, this is merely finishing a sentence, and a probable answer. That is pretty much the one of the few reasons I think she could possibly accomplish more. I of course can't tell if that is really the case, but that is how I see it at this time.

(5,761 posts)She learned to really sprint and get shit done quickly when she was ducking sniper fire. Chelsea has that in her blood too, it's obvious when she was jogging around the WTC on 9/11.

(1,464 posts)She's never done anything in her career to show that she would be an effective president. She doesn't have the leadership skills to accomplish much of anything. That's why there is so little achievements for her to run on. She's fine as a mid-level executive who takes orders and that is about it.
