Why did RMoney select Ryan? I mean, let's get serious. Why does Mitt think Ryan will help

2. Best explanation I have heard thus far. Seems as if they have thrown in the towel and are

thinking Ryan for 2016. Ryan will then have 4 years to become more palatable.

And this is as close as he could get to that. Ryan adds a little excitement to his campaign.

His poll numbers are going down fast while Obama's are rising. Rmoney's likability is very low. He may get a bump for picking a young conservative darling.

Too much scrutiny over his tax plan and Bain/tax returns + he has no real solutions has them in desperation-mode.

It's a hail mary without being too risky and going full-on Palin with an unknown choice.

Perhaps he thinks Ryan will help them win Wisconsin as well, but I doubt it.

It's a fatal mistake to his campaign. The cons well outweigh the pros IMHO.
