I'm a union thug too. While we are stereotyping might as well get that out of the way. You know, because union members are angry violent people.

I'm glad that Bernie is pulling Hillary more to the left..... she actually said that she is a "progressive" last night, despite the fact that she said otherwise just a few weeks ago.

GO BERNIE!

is that Bernie was on top with his comment. He was stating that her emails should not get in the way of a debate on the real issues of this campaign. Smart of Hillary to shake his hand to make it look like he gave her a compliment. He was stating fact and she knew it.

She is so smart for not going for the hug, but I so shouted out at the TV

I still don't know why I was banned from the Bernie Sander's group. Over 30 years Union work and lifelong Dem. I guess some well-connected ideologue is running things behind the scenes. We need to work together to win this election. No time for "purity tests". Let the best ideas win!!!

I was glad to see that moment and several others where they showed respect and were willing to back each others' statements/positions in a number of cases... that is what debate is supposed to be, discussion of the issues with resectful and appropriate decorum. These people do not possess the hatred and snide attitude toward each other as is demonstrated by those who support them. I am dismayed at the nasty vehemence on display here and elsewhere in the political realm. Yes, there are those who seek to destroy our democracy and the republic but childish, prankish vitriol is not the way to succeed in defeating those who would destroy the nation. Intelligent discourse and behavior is the best way to defeat them.

I hope that we can all survive this primary process with our dignity in tact but I am not a Pollyanna about it, our social demeanor has suffered so much decline since 2000 that I wonder if we can regain much, if any, of what was once our strong suit.

Great OP!!!
