Anybody just see the joe biden ad on TV-cnn?

I could not read who put it out? Was this the draft biden ad that Joe asked not to be aired? It was about his life-biography

I didn't 't see it,but I heard that after he asked them to take down the ad,they made a new one which he apparently approved.
