Hillary has a lock on South Carolina by a landslide...

South Carolina is over. Hillary wins it by a landslide. SC voters have had their minds made up for a while. The SC voters have made their decision from the beginning that they would stand with Hillary and that is their choice.

That's what the polls show. Nobody can even make a dent in her overwhelming lead.

The other candidates will make polite symbolic efforts there, but Hillary's lead is unquestionable and insurmountable in SC.

You may not have noticed but Bernie is ahead of where Obama's insurgent campaign was in October of 2007 in three key areas:
He is polling higher against Clinton than Obama was
He has drawn far larger crowds than Obama had
And he has more donations.

But yes, i will conceded that, like in 2007, Hillary is the frontrunner for the Dem nomination in October.

Bernie is doing better than Obama was at this time in 2007

look Clinton may win SC but let's talk after debates and Iowa and NH go to Bernie before we talk about landslide.

this is october and many in sc still don't know Bernie.

They are not undecided. They are not waiting to hear more. It's a done deal.

2016 Bernie leads in NH Polls and if he wins: DU reaction will be - HILLARY IS DOOMED! SHE LOST THE ELECTION!

maybe they shouldnt have put all their eggs in the pre-debate polling basket.
You dont need to wait for New Hampshire to read it here first.
stick a fork.
on the upside, as they rotate on the spit, we can look forward to one of the most
storied of political would be dynasties turned into MASSIVELY failed has-beens, with a
legacy of scandal that just wont quit.
there will be plenty to enjoy and appreciate in the afterlife of their inevitable defeat.
Thank you Team Hillary!

Do they do Coronations in SC? Maybe just hand her a crown on her way through to the next state coronation. That would save a LOT of time, money and effort.

Most people in SC are not too wise when it comes to modern politics, so it should be no surprise that even the few democrats there would be beholden to the same old same old like the Clinton.

However, if Bernie can get a few delegates from SC then that would be great!

If Bernie or any other candidate can eek out a few delegates in SC it would be a miracle.

It's almost like Hillary's home state or something. She probably has a bigger lead there than in her actual home state.

(which I agree is very likely the case)

remember that SC awards its delegates proportionately. So Sanders should not pack up and forget about it. Personally, even as as BS supporter, I'd be glad if he came within 20 points of her in SC.
