Arent they supposed to say something before they arrest him? Like what he is going to be arrested for?

2. Were they coming after him specifically? It is just crazy. He had his hands

in the air and they just jumped him and tased him. What the fuck is going on in this country?

4. I really want to know what is going on here. Are the police just going out and arresting

Occupy protesters so that they can say they had to arrest them? The policeman at the end says that he is arresting this guy for disorderly conduct, but he wasn't BEING disorderly until they tackled him and tased him. It looks to me like the police instigate this, but I want so badly to believe that they had some reason for doing what they did. I don't want this to be my country. I guess that's naive.

I watched this video without sound and here you have a barefoot guy in his pj's hardly putting up resistance and they resort to a tase as opposed to a couple more officers to box him and peacefully restrain him?? mine as well bring just one officer with some mace...
