My mother was stung by payday loans for years, and this will certainly help poor folks who are stung by those interest rates.

Fuel efficient cars are another biggie. Gotta increase those sales to make the cars last on the market.

On a side note, I wonder how President O matches up in promises kept to other historical president. Is his batting average within the mean or is he extraordinary? Does Politifact have a chart?
