Republicans Wont Like Bill Clinton When Hes Angry, And Hes Angry
The Hillary Clinton presidential campaign has a weapon in its back pocket that so far, it hasnt been using. That weapon is the most popular politician in the country her husband and former President, Bill Clinton.
Its smart that Hillary is keeping Bill on the sidelines, at least for the moment. He will be a great campaign asset for her, but if he comes out too soon and too strongly, the Bill effect could wear off.
Bill is entering the game sooner than anticipated, for one very good reason hes pissed.
The Clintons are no strangers to manufactured scandals. They date back to when Bill was the Governor of Arkansas. More recently, its been Hillary under the GOP and media microscope. First there was the nothing-there Benghazi and now its the fact that she sent and deleted some emails from a private server when she was Secretary of State. She was cleared of all wrongdoing, but that hasnt stopped Republicans (and yes, the liberal media) from dragging it on and on.

..of the August 3rd TIME magazine at the dentist office. It had a picture of two best budsBush W and Clinton, side by side. Each now is in each other's fan club.
To me, this graphic and what it conveyed is unforgivable. Will never look at Clinton.
Cleared my vision by next having my eyes fall on the Bernie Sander's TIME cover. Quite a contrast.

How many times has Bill showed up at Papa Bush's house from the 80s on?
How many times has Bill given Bush Jr. legitimacy in the eyes of the nation in various events? The family that stole the 2000 election.

(41,600 posts)It's hard to believe anyone on this forum thinks it's okay for the Clintons to be best buds with the WAR CRIMINAL, G W Bush and Papa Bush! It's Unfreakingbelievable. No Progressive would find that acceptable and certainly not someone who's seeking the WH, for crying out loud. It's sick. That murderer, W, belongs in PRISON.

(82,383 posts)And how they will be manufactured. It appears BS is entitled not to have these things happen to him. Some clause in the Constitution about how when the right person runs for President, they should not even have to deal with their Congressional votes!
It will be interesting to find out what they come up with.
But IMO Bill should stay out of it for a good while. Is there any backing for the concept he is "the most popular politician in the country?"
